When people start fixing things up and making things look nice does this predict death?

At the end of Death of a Salesman, Willy Loman starts planting seeds and puts fresh flowers in a vase. I've heard that before people die, they sometimes clean and make everything pretty. Do these actions predict Willy's death? Is there any other explanation as to why he starts planting seeds? Thanks!

He changes psychologically. Before he was stressed, worried, anxious. Before he dies, he seems to be at peace with himself and the world.
Reply:Sometimes this predicts death, other times it just shows renewal or even new life. He could decide to plant seeds to create life after him so that things could live on.. I'm really not sure because i haven't read this book but i hope i can help.
