I need opinions on this cenverpeice....?

I want to know what you think of these centerpieces. I'm on a budget and trying to cut corners. I was thinking of getting these instead of fresh flowers. Can you let me know if you like them. I know they're simple but they're about 1/3 of the cost of real flowers.

Those are gorgeous and even if its not EXACTLY what you want, it could still be personalized.. those are great. They could be very casual or formal.. Im going to have to remember those for my renewal ceremony in a couple of years!
Reply:I like them. I would add a satin ribbon or some tulle around the pot with your wedding colors. Good luck!
Reply:I think they are pretty!
Reply:they are very pretty, as long as they are not too tall that you can't see the guests on the other side of the table.....
Reply:OH yeah that is a great centerpiece. Good Luck.
Reply:Did you notice that they're 11 inches tall? I think you should reconsider such a tall centerpiece. Here is what people do with centerpieces: They sit down, say "oh look how nice," and then push it aside and out of the way so that they can see the people they're talking to across the table. You really might want to consider a shorter centerpiece.
Reply:Those are really nice, as long as they fit the colors of your wedding. And if you want to jazz them up so they aren't so simple some glitter, or color, or anything that you think of will give them alittle more glamour. But they are fine as they are as well. Great price too
Reply:They are cute, but depends on how tall they are - may be too tall for centre of tables.
Reply:I think they're beautiful! You might even dress them up by putting a satin ribbon around the rim of the pot which matches your accent color or a tulle bow on each side.

congrats %26amp; good luck!
Reply:You couldn't make them for that price!

I say go for it.
Reply:They're fine.

But have you considered a bowl of fresh fruit with a few flowers and greenery added? You have lots of color options with grapes, limes, lemons, apples, strawberries...

Reply:They look beautiful. It is hard to tell though from the pictures. Sometimes the fake flowers just end up looking tacky. Maybe you could do something else for a centerpiece instead of flowers. I used sparkle confetti and fish in a small fancy glasses.
Reply:those are very cute.....i am also on a budget and found these sites to be helpful.....

Reply:i think they're nice!! if you can, i'd get the pot in a differnt olour, maybe one of your wedding colours. i think that's a good idea!
Reply:I like them alot!!....So much I may bid on them.....thanx!!!!!
Reply:I am doin something very similar myself, I made mine tho and they were much more inexpensive...i got clay flower pots and painted them white, then added black polka dots (dots are my theme) and planted wooden dowels in them with paper mache to hold them up, then got 5" styro balls and pushed onto the top of the dowel, then covered the balls in hot pink gerbera daisies makin a super cute topiary ball, and for litterally 1 fourth of the price of what it would have costed me to do fresh...I got all the gerberas at www.save-on-crafts.com, you should check them out, great quality silks at great prices. anyway, long story short, I really like what you have picked, and it could be very easily recreated!
Reply:They're pretty however will people be ble to talk across the table?
Reply:The centerpieces are lovely, if you like them. If you are on a budget, remember to think beyond just flowers. I got married very recently and had no flowers at the reception. We used candles and white Christmas lights wrapped with tulle to create a warm and romantic feel. It was much cheaper than having fresh flowers (especially this time of year).

The bottom line is... It's your wedding day! Go with what you and your fiance like!

Best Wishes!
Reply:They're pretty. It looks more like a daytime thing...
Reply:I like them. They are very pretty and you should use them.Although if your wedding is in the evening, you may want to consider getting the glass or moroccan lanterns.

Good luck and congratulations!!
Reply:They are pretty and elegant if this is what you are going for it's perfect.
Reply:i think they look very pretty.
Reply:they look great. id maybe also add either tealights or votives around the centerpieces. maybe sprinkle some silk flower petals on the table too. you can find the pedals at michaels. for the tea lights or votives, just search online for wholesale candles. i found some for my wedding last year on line. the site i found them at had 70 votive cups and candles in a set for around $30. and of course i cant remember the site. just a suggestion if you wanted to go that way. it would add a little more to the tables.
