Thinking critically?

as the manager of a company that grows and markets fresh flowers and green plants to retail floristis grocery stores and nurseries what potential distrbution channels do you thinks are available to you? what considerations should you weigh when you select vendors to distribute your product?

Thinking critically?
Your distribution channels include a "middleman" allowing the most growth potential, but can backfire and overload you. Second is direct supply, talk with the owners/manager/purchasers of each store in which you wish to sell your product.

And you should definately consider reputation, location, size, whether you can meet their standards and quotas, wholesale price they are willing to pay, distance needed to travel with fragile products unless a pre-existing mass delivery system is already in place, and demand.

Also, this sounds really similar to a homework question from an intro to business class i took about 3 years ago. You might wanna read your book if you are in school. You will absorb so much more that will help you when you come across a similar problem later on.
Reply:OK all of those fancy words make my head spin from your question. I don't think I would be too picky, after all I need to sell the most I could of my products.
