I am having green plant in my home garden, it produced beans for about 60 days and stopped.?

now so many new shoots and fresh new leaves are coming. but no flower. my question is if the plant stopped producing beans ,have we destroy the plant and grow a new one. or after a certain period of time the same old plant will produce beans again
