Perfume question- Can you layer the smell of SOAP and ROSES together?

Personally, I LOVE the smell of clean, fresh, soap, like you just came out of a bath.

I also love the scent of roses. Or any other fresh flowers.

Cos sometimes an overly heavy soap smell could get a little.....old lady like.



I was thinking, could you layer these two?

EG.

Soap scent- using philosophy

Rose scent- any pure rose scent from bath and body works, body shop etc



Do those two work together? Fresh florals and soap?

It would work if both scents are very light. I use philosophy and wear a magnolia body spray from bath and body and its not overpowering at all. It's a very light fresh pretty smell!
