Sounds a very good service. They havent forgotten who the passenger is - The Customer!

Reply:Its not that the airlines today forgot who the passenger is. We still treat the costumer with compassion, And are still friendly, But we charge for things such as drinks, seat assignments, and baggage.The sole purpose of this is so the airline can survive, Look ATA, ALOHA, %26amp; SKYBUS all went bankrup with in a week. With the rising fuel prices we have found a way to cope with the extra money we need to spend, But if we raise the price of tickets we will loose many costomers. So the general fares are staying down but the extras will cost you. As for the airline in the link you posted. The service looks great, But the 30 year old boeing 737s dont sound so great i prefer my 2 year old Airbus A319. Reply:It really does....i like the fact that they don't try to be something their not..i also like the fact that i live just minutes away from Bournemouth Hurn Airport!...and the personalized seating is also a nice touch....not to mention the lavatory flowers!
