Best most efficient ways to keep room clean?

Busy student, lots of notes, messy with clothes, like fresh clean smelling things, own a cat so I cant have flowers or she'll eat them and throw up.

Best most efficient ways to keep room clean?
I find the best way to keep a room clean is to commit to picking everything up and putting it away once a day. I think when cleaning we get caught up in deep cleaning and see it as a much more difficult task and think we need to vacuum or do the laundry, etc, but the room will feel cleaner and neater if everything is picked up off the floor. I also find that this clutter doesn't build up as much if I commit to doing it daily.
Reply:Use fabreeze to smell good, I had a cat a long time ago I used that crystal cat litter stuff, best litter ever Huge Difference!! Make yourself a chore chart like vacume on Mon, Wen, and Thurs I have to do laundry every morning even if you don't have enough for a load keep it all together and ready to go.
Reply:Candles are great for freshening up a room. Try to take 10 mins right before you go to sleep to pick up clothes and organize for the next day. If you keep all your dirty clothes in a hamper it will cut back on the odor. Also try to keep fresh sheets on the bed and use Febreeze.
Reply:Flylady.net. It works for students too! 15 minutes at a time is all you need.
